A WAG cannot get her Range Rover Evoque back after it was stolen and sold to someone else who is refusing to return it.
Bonnie Hoyte, 32, who is married to former Arsenal and Watford defender Gavin Hoyte, 29, says she is paying £450-a-month for the luxury 4×4 despite it being in new hands.
The dental worker says that the police have told her that the new owner of the white Evoque, which was stolen in Thurrock in July, now has ‘equal rights’ to own it.
Mrs Hoyte faces a court battle to get it back but could still miss out on the car and an insurance payout.

She told The Sun: ‘It’s a complete joke. I’m a victim of crime and this is costing me thousands of pounds.
‘A system that lets people keep stolen property is completely broken. Surely it’s their responsibility to check the car wasn’t stolen?’
She added: ‘How can the rightful owner not get the car? It’s insane.’
The Range Rover Evoque, which has a price tag of at least £31,000 when brand new, was taken in Essex three months ago.
The WAG’s insurer agreed to pay out because it was stolen, however, offered her £8,000 less the total loan she had taken out.

Last month the car was tracked down to the new owner’s home in South London, after it was resold for £14,000.
Bonnie then told her insurer, who she claims cancelled their payout leaving her paying back her car loan without having the car.
If she chooses to go to court to get it back she still may not get the car back, even if she wins, because the judge could award it to the finance firm.
